The organisers of Nigeria’s Real Estate Exhibition and Trade Show for its Diaspora, TAG EXPO, have concluded plans for the Houston Texas, United States of America and London, United Kingdom fairs that will give Nigerians in the Diaspora the opportunity to invest in properties back home.
The Chairman, T.A.G Nigeria Limited, Mr. Francis Efoechoku, said a breakfast session billed for March 29 in Lagos would provide insights into the plans leading up to the fair, while highlighting the opportunity for stakeholders in the Nigerian real estate market to network with Nigerians in the US and UK with tailor-made property and real estate solutions that would suit the needs of the citizens in the Diaspora.
He said the network would include top real estate organisations around the country that had direct target reach for intending buyers in the Diaspora, made up of Nigerians across different career fields and seeking property investment in specified locations in the country.
Efoechoku said, “The goal of the expo upon its setup was to visit several locations over different periods of a given year, and the sequel to the first event is set for Houston Texas, United States of America; the proposed period is June 2017, tagged ‘Summer 2017’.
“However, there has been a remarkable amount of feedback drawn from the UK sessions and a direct appeal to the team for a repeat. This is largely due to the fact that the UK winter edition was targeted at professionals who were in attendance through designated representatives. This time, we have proposed a long term execution plan that will allow more individuals to experience the fair independently, as well as get on board the exhibitors’ mailing lists.”
The Chief Marketing Officer, T.A.G Nigeria, Michael Ejoh, said the exhibition would also be extended to the United Arab Emirates and other parts of the world eventually.
